18+ Jet Ski Rentals – Terms & Safety Information

1. Damage Waiver Option
I, the undersigned, elect to purchase the Damage Waiver for $35/day, which covers minor accidental damage to the rented jet ski. Coverage: Minor accidental damage up to $2,500 per incident. Exclusions: Theft, intentional damage, gross negligence, or violations of local law are not covered. Optional: If I decline the waiver, I must provide a refundable security deposit of $500.
2. Customer Responsibilities
I acknowledge that: - I will operate the jet ski in a safe and legal manner, following all local laws, speed limits, and safety regulations. - I have inspected the jet ski and reported any pre-existing damage. - I am responsible for all damage beyond the waiver coverage. - I understand operating a jet ski carries risks, including injury, property damage, or death.
3. Liability Release
- I, the undersigned, release and hold harmless GP Jet Ski Rentals, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from my rental, except in cases of gross negligence by the company.
4. Refusing Service
GP Jet Ski Rentals reserves the right to refuse rental services to anyone who: - Appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. - Demonstrates unsafe behavior, recklessness, or disregard for safety. - Fails to comply with safety rules, local laws, or rental agreements. I understand that if service is refused, all rental fees are non-refundable.
5. Payment & Fees
The Damage Waiver fee is non-refundable. Any damages exceeding waiver coverage will be billed to the customer. I authorize GP Jet Ski Rentals to charge my card or deposit for damages or additional fees.
6. Acknowledgment
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Damage Waiver & Liability Release. I accept the risks of renting and operating this jet ski.
