18+ Jet Ski Rentals – Terms & Safety Information

1. Damage Responsibility
All rentals are offered at a flat rate with no additional insurance or damage waiver fees. Renters are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of equipment during the rental period. By booking, all participants agree to the terms outlined in the rental waiver and safety agreement.
2. Customer Responsibilities
I acknowledge that:- I will operate the jet ski in a safe and legal manner, following all local laws, speed limits, and safety regulations.- I have inspected the jet ski and reported any pre-existing damage.- I am responsible for all damage with in reason- I understand operating a jet ski carries risks, including injury, property damage, or death.
3. Liability Release
I, the undersigned, release and hold harmless GP Jet Ski Rentals, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from my rental, except in cases of gross negligence by the company.
4. Refusing Service
GP Jet Ski Rentals reserves the right to refuse rental services to anyone who: - Appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. - Demonstrates unsafe behavior, recklessness, or disregard for safety. - Fails to comply with safety rules, local laws, or rental agreements. I understand that if service is refused, all rental fees are non-refundable.
5. Payment & Fees
All rentals are charged at a flat rate with no additional damage waiver fees. The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or additional charges incurred during the rental period. I authorize GP Jet Ski Rentals to charge my card or security deposit for damages, lost equipment, fuel charges, or other applicable fees resulting from the rental.
6. Pick up, Return & Trailer Responsibility
I acknowledge that this is a customer pickup and return rental and that I am responsible for picking up and returning the jet ski(s), trailer, keys, life jackets, and all rental equipment at the agreed time and location. I certify that I possess a valid driver's license and have a vehicle capable of safely towing the trailer. I have inspected the trailer, hitch, coupler, safety chains, lights, and equipment prior to departure and accept the equipment in its current condition unless otherwise noted. I understand that I am responsible for the safe transportation, operation, security, and return of all rental equipment during the rental period. I accept financial responsibility for any damage, loss, theft, misuse, negligence, accidents, citations, towing-related incidents, or claims involving the jet ski(s), trailer, or rental equipment while in my possession. I agree to return all equipment by the agreed return time and understand that late returns may result in additional fees.
6. Acknowledgment
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Damage Waiver & Liability Release. I accept the risks of renting and operating this jet ski.
